Returns/Refunds

To initiate a return or exchange, please click on the following email: admirethrea@gmail.com and provide the necessary information needed to support your request. 

Please note that some items may be a FINAL sale and are not eligible for an exchange or refund. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In addition please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed after being marked as delivered.

Requirements for an Exchange/Return/Refund:
1. All items must be in unwashed and unworn condition and retain their original packaging and tags, if applicable.

2. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date. Once you receive the return label, please ensure the item is shipped back within seven days; otherwise, your return request will be canceled.

3. All garments undergo inspection, and we kindly request that returned items are free from pet hair, residual dinner, or deodorant. All garments will be inspected and refunds or exchanges will not be issued for garments containing any of the mentioned elements.

We can exchange an item for anything of equal or lesser value (from any category) that is still shown as available on our website in your desired size.

At Admire Thread, our priority is to expedite your order processing for a swift delivery. Please note that once an order is placed, cancellations or edits are not possible.
